Battles
A Battle is held every two (2)
weeks and takes place over the
course of seven (7) days.
Each Battle has eight (8) Rounds. The cards that make it
the furthest will gain the most experience and level up!
Rounds
There are eight (8) Rounds
during each Battle. Each Round
allows players to strategically
modify their Character Cards
with Gem Boosts & Shard Cards.
The Round schedule of each
Battle is the same and can be
seen outlined below.
Cards
There are two (2) Card types:
Character Cards are the ones
that battle each Round.
Shard Cards
are cards that you can stack onto your characters to activate their Special Ability for a
powerful +5 Attack Boost.
The Battle Schedule
As mentioned above, each Battle
is held every two (2) weeks and runs for seven (7) days, Sunday to Saturday (EST).
Gems
Each Round, you have
the option to boost your Character Cards.
One way to do that is with Gems.
You can give your card an Attack or Defense boost, and you can also give your
card a much higher chance at Evading or getting a Critical Hit. More on gems and boosting below.
Gems are dropped at the beginning of each battle. Regular cards get 50/ea while FOIL cards get 100/ea.
Gem Boosts:
Attack / Defense
You can boost your Character Card's Attack or Defense, but not both.
For these types of boosts, Attack power is limited to a maximum of forty (40) and Defense power is limited to a maximum of thirty (30).
Gem Boosts:
Critical Hit / Evade
You can also choose to boost your card's chance for a Critical Hit or Evade from 3% to 20%.
A Critical Hit will boost your attack power by 25% and an Evade will boost your defense by 25%. There are no limits on the max attack/defense here.
Shard Boosts:
Special Abilities
You can stack a matching Shard Card onto a Character Card to activate its Special Ability.
Currently, this means adding a +5 Attack Boost to the card, but it may mean something
more advanced down the line! Also, there is no Max Attack Power with Shard boosts.
Elixir Boosts:
Unique Abilities
You can use just one (1) Elixir per round per matchup to activate various Unique Abilities.
Elixirs are dropped each round to each winning card (into that card's wallet). The losing card has a
50% chance at getting an Elixir dropped.
Important: In order to receive an Elixir drop for each card, you must perform some sort of boost (Gem, Shard, or Elixir) on that
card during the previous round.
